Returns within 30 days on unused gear. Here’s exactly what’s covered, what’s final sale, and how to start a return.
Returns
Your item must be unused and in new condition, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of your order date. Proof of purchase is required. Start with the return request form: download it here, fill it in on screen, print it, and enclose it with the item. No printer? Print it blank and write on it — either way it needs to be in the box, because a return without paperwork is a box we cannot match to an order.
Not eligible for return: customized products — embroidery, strap personalization, bag waxing — since they can’t be resold once personalized. Outlet items are final; only regular-priced items qualify for a refund. Gift cards and food items, including our BBQ seasoning, are non-returnable.
Wax canvas rips and tears
Thin wax-canvas material is a consumable — it’s doing a hard job holding heavyweight sand, and it’s expected to wear over time. It isn’t eligible for exchange or return due to normal use.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email to confirm we have it, then let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the price of the item only — the shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded, and return shipping is yours to cover. For higher-value items, use a trackable or insured service; we cannot guarantee an untracked return arrives.

Exchanges

Return shipping
You cover return shipping, and it’s non-refundable — if a refund’s approved, return shipping is deducted from it. For higher-value items, use a trackable or insured shipping method; we can’t guarantee an untracked return arrives.
Gifts
Item marked as a gift and shipped straight to you? You’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return. Wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift-giver shipped it to themselves first? The refund goes to the gift-giver.
