Popped a hole in the flat of your bag? It happens — muzzle brakes and barricades are hard on gear. Send it in: panel and puncture repairs happen in the same College Station shop that sewed it, because a bag you’ve broken in is worth more than a new one.
The straight talk
Flat-panel punctures and worn panels, we can fix. Blown seams generally can’t be repaired — and we’ll tell you plainly when a bag is past saving instead of charging you to find out.
While it’s on the bench
Running an older Fortune Cookie? Have the SwapSpout retrofitted — $25, plus shipping both ways — and your one-fill bag becomes a swap-fill bag on the trip home.
How it works
Start with the repair request form. Download it here, fill it in on screen, print it, and put it in the box with your bag. No printer at home? Print it blank and write on it — either way it has to travel with the bag, because it tells the bench what happened and tells us where to send it back. Once your bag’s on the bench, we evaluate it and send you a repair cost plus return shipping for approval — before we touch a stitch. Turnaround runs 5–7 business days once we have it in hand. Ship to: WieBad Gear, Attn: Repairs, 12901 State Highway 30, Suite 100, College Station, TX 77845. Questions before you send it? (979) 703-1507 or info@wiebad.com.
