Every WieBad bag is sewn and filled in College Station, Texas, and we stand behind the sewing for as long as you own it. Here’s exactly what that means.
What’s covered
Manufacturing and material defects: a seam that fails on its own, hardware that breaks without abuse, a panel that was cut or sewn wrong. If we built it wrong, we fix or replace it at no charge, including return shipping to you. There’s no clock on it — the warranty lasts for as long as you, the original owner, own the bag.
What’s not covered
- Damage from use: muzzle-brake burns, barricade abrasion, punctures, tears. That’s what the repair bench is for.
- Normal wear, including thin wax-canvas panels, which are a consumable under heavy sand.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs done by anyone other than us.
- Fill settling, fill loss through a puncture, or fill changes you made.
- Products bought from anyone other than wiebadgear.com or an authorized dealer. Knockoffs and gray-market bags aren’t ours to warranty.
How to make a claim
Email info@wiebad.com with your order number (or dealer receipt), a photo of the problem, and a sentence on what happened. We’ll answer within one business day with a yes, a no and why, or a request to see the bag. If we need it on the bench, we’ll send a prepaid label.
When the warranty doesn’t apply
The bench still does. Use-damage repairs are quoted before we touch a stitch and usually turn around in 5–7 business days. Details on the repair page.
The legal paragraph
This warranty is the only warranty WieBad LLC gives. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by state.
