These terms govern your use of wiebadgear.com (the “Site”) and every purchase you make from WieBad LLC (“WieBad,” “we,” “us”), 12901 State Highway 30, Suite 100, College Station, TX 77845. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site. Last updated: November 3, 2026.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Some products — belts, slings, pouches, support bags — are sold as shooting accessories only; it’s your responsibility to use them lawfully and safely.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, or when we email you a shipping confirmation, whichever comes first. We can refuse or cancel any order before shipment — for example, if the product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund anything you paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; your card is charged when the order is placed. We correct pricing and description errors when we find them; if an error affects your order we’ll contact you before shipping.
4. Shipping and Match Pickup
Most orders ship filled within 2–3 business days from College Station, Texas. Shipping rates and carriers are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package. “Match Pickup” is free delivery at a match we’re attending; it’s available only for the matches listed on our Events page and only if you order by that match’s order-by date and name the match at checkout. If you pick Match Pickup and don’t collect the order at the match, we’ll ship it to you at standard rates.
5. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Returns & Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short: unused gear in new condition within 30 days; customized items, Outlet items, gift cards and food items are final sale; return shipping is yours.
6. Warranty
Our Warranty is part of these terms. It covers manufacturing and material defects and does not cover damage from use, normal wear, or alteration. Except as stated there, WieBad makes no other warranty, express or implied, and disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow this exclusion, so it may not apply to you.
7. Dealer and discount accounts
Dealer accounts are governed by our Dealer Terms and Conditions and MAP Policy. Verified service discounts (military, veteran, law enforcement) require proof of eligibility, are for personal use, and may be revoked if misused.
8. Your account
Keep your login confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@wiebad.com if you think it’s been compromised.
9. Our content and trademarks
Everything on the Site — text, photos, product designs, the WieBad name and logo, and product names such as Fortune Cookie, Tac Pad and Pump Pillow — belongs to WieBad LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our content or marks without written permission.
10. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us a photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it (with your first name and last initial) on the Site and in our marketing. Don’t post anything unlawful, defamatory, or that you don’t have the right to share. We may remove submissions at our discretion.
11. Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the Site, scrape it, probe its security, submit false information, or place orders you don’t intend to honor.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WieBad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Site or any product, even if we’ve been told they’re possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brazos County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
